Autodesk Assistant in Revit (Tech Preview) introduces improvements that increase reliability, transparency, and user control when using AI-assisted tools.
Enhanced tool accuracy ensures more consistent behavior when coloring elements, tagging elements, and applying schedule filters. Family edits are now safer, with checks in place to prevent unintended model‑wide changes.
All Assistant actions are fully traceable: runs are logged in the Revit journal, and AI‑driven changes are clearly labeled in the Undo menu. Users can also interrupt Assistant interactions more easily with a new Stop button.
In addition, the Prompt Library now supports sorting, making it faster to find and reuse helpful prompts.
