Create longitudinal reinforcement directly from transverse rebar. Longitudinal bars follow stirrups, spirals, or multi-segment shapes and update automatically as transverse geometry changes. This new method can be used for both civil structures (bridges, tunnels), as well as typical building elements.

Longitudinal Free Form Rebar Splicing

Introduced improved longitudinal free form rebar splicing capabilities, to improve rebar detailing productivity for bridges and tunnels.

Easy Rebar Weight Calculation

Tag Leader Enhancements

Community idea: You now have more control over tag leaders. Both the start and end points of the leader can be set to free and positioned manually. Tag outline geometry is more flexible letting you control and snap leader positions more accurately.

Community idea: New methods and properties have been added to the PropertyLine class to enhance third-party workflows involving Property Lines in projects. Previously, the PropertyLine class was exposed without its own dedicated methods and properties.

Robot Structural Analysis: Design Code Updates

Robot Structural Analysis 2027 includes updates to supported design codes.

Consistent Steel Shape Behavior

Steel modeling is more predictable across design and fabrication. Members with void cuts now work with Steel Connections and modifiers, with consistent parameters, graphics, and in-canvas controls.

Concrete Detailing Ribbon

A Concrete Detailing tab on the ribbon centralizes reinforcement tools for cast-in-place and precast workflows, while keeping contextual access to reinforcement commands and offering greater control over ribbon tab visibility.

Analytical Panel Automation using Physical Core Layer Thickness

You can enable a setting for analytical model automation that will use the wall/floor/slab's structural layer thickness when creating or updating the analytical panel.
