Access Forma Data Management

If you're a team member who's been invited to collaborate on a project, perform these steps to gain access to Forma Data Management.

To access Forma Data Management

1. If needed, prepare Autodesk Desktop Connector.

   For example, Desktop Connector is required when linking topography data to your model.

2. Open the email invitation to a Forma Data Management project, and do the following:
   1. Click the link to activate your membership in the project.

      Forma Data Management opens in a browser window.

   2. Sign into Forma Data Management using your Autodesk ID, or click Create Account to create one.

   Forma Data Management displays the project, providing access to related data based on your permissions.

3. If you did not receive an email invitation to the Forma Data Management project, ask your Forma Data Management project administrator to invite you to the project.

   Provide the administrator with your email address or Autodesk ID. If needed, the administrator can reference the following additional information:

   • About Account Administration
   • To Add Project Members
