To access the latest published version of a Revit LT workshared cloud model from the Forma Data Management connected drives in Windows Explorer, Install Desktop Connector and sign in with your Autodesk ID.
The latest published version of the model is independent of the live Revit LT workshared cloud model. When you publish a cloud model (workshared or non-workshared) to Forma Data Management, a new version of the published model is created and synced to the Forma Data Management connected drive.
When you open the latest published version of a model from the Forma Data Management connected drive, you cannot save the changes back to the live workshared cloud model. You can open the published version of the model and save it as local detached copy.
When you upload a local Revit LT model to Forma Data Management via a web browser or though the Forma Data Management connected drive, the model is stored in Forma Data Management as an .RVT file. You can open and modify it in Revit LT and save it back to the cloud. In this scenario, the central model is not supported.
