Autodesk Home is a companion application to Microsoft® Windows-based Autodesk products, which delivers security patches and updates to your desktop. Autodesk Home also delivers relevant learning content to your desktop.
Autodesk Home replaces previous in-product update components, more particularly, Autodesk Application Manager.
Autodesk Home is subscription aware, and delivers subscription-only updates and learning content for the products under subscription.When a hot fix, service pack or security patch becomes available, Autodesk Home displays a notification on the system tray. When you launch Autodesk Home and open the Updates tab, a notification displays the relevant details about the update. Clicking the Update button downloads and installs the update on your computer.
Autodesk Home delivers updates for all 2015 and 2016 versions of Microsoft Windows-based Autodesk products.
If you are entitled to updates for previous versions, you can download them from Autodesk Account (www.autodesk.com/account). You can also use the Download Finder to locate and download updates for 2014 and earlier versions of Autodesk products.
