Share Designs

Autodesk Viewer lets you share your design views with others by providing them with a shareable link. Files saved to Autodesk Viewer are not searchable, but anyone with the link can access the design. Once they open the link, it will appear under “Shared with me” on the Design Views page. Shared design views are available to users as long as the owner keeps them on Autodesk Viewer or that it expires, after 30 days.

To share a design file:

1. Click the Menu icon, and click Share.
2. Expand “Sharing Options,” and select the features you want the user to be able to use. These options are optional. To learn more about these features, see Autodesk Viewer Tools.
3. (Optional) To test what your users will see, click Preview this link.
4. Copy and share the link.
