To view details of a file, click See Overview within A360 Viewer. The image below will orient you to the layout of the Overview page. Text in green calls out the actions you can take on the page.
The Overview page provides several types of information about the file. This can include, but is not limited to, the following types of information:
- Name
- Version
- Type
- Size
- Last update and time
- Name of person who uploaded it
- Design References
- Related Data
- Comments
Information in Design References and Related Data change depending on file type. In general, this information is relevant to 2D and 3D design file formats. If no Related Data is available for a file or file format (example: Office files), you will not see this section on the Overview page. Similarly the Design Reference section is only shown for relevant file types.
For some types of files, like Office files, images, and others, the file opens directly in A360 Viewer. In A360 Viewer, you can click the See Overview button to view file details for these files.
