Install Now, available for product versions of 2019 and later, starts installation of your software directly from the web page where you have selected a download method. After installing a subset of products within a suite, you can restart Install Now and obtain other available products by clicking the desktop icon. If necessary, you can remove Install Now files from your computer.
Important: Keep the Autodesk download product page open until the product installer opens. You can use the Pause and Resume buttons during the download portions of the installation, but do not exit the installer before the process finishes.
Note: Install Now does not allow you to create a network deployment or install Autodesk products on a shared network drive. For deployments, use the Download Now option, use a browser-based download, or install from product media.
Removing Install Now files
To clean up configuration files from your computer:
- Find
Setup_WIDownload.info in this location:
{System drive}:\Autodesk\WI\<product name>
.
- Delete the file.
- Although it may not exist, look for
download.info by entering the following path in Windows Explorer:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Autodesk Download Manager
- If you find that file, delete it.
