You can add companies or subcontractors to a project, or associate existing companies or subcontractors with a new project.
If there are no companies or subcontractors in your BIM 360 Field web account, you can import a list or add them manually. After you add companies and subcontractors to a project, you can invite members to collaborate in the project. You can assign work to companies or subcontractors or have them review work done by others.
From an Excel File
- Click

- For a first-time import, click Download The Company List Template to download the spreadsheet. Replace the sample entries with your actual companies, one per row. Save the completed spreadsheet as an XLS file. Then click Browse to navigate to the saved spreadsheet, and select it.
- If you have a properly formatted spreadsheet, click Browse and select the file.
- Click Start Import.
From Companies or Contractors Already in the Account

- Click Companies

- Click (+) Companies.
- In the Add Companies dialog, search for a company. Select a result and click Add To Project.
- Click Add To Project.
One at a Time
- Click

- Click Companies
.
- Click (+) Companies. Add the company name and optionally the address and phone number, and click Add To Project.
