To Create a Task (Mobile)

Create tasks in BIM 360 Field for the iPad either manually or by using task templates.

Manually

1. Tap Home > Tasks > (+) button.
2. Complete the required information.

   The Task ID field is prepopulated when you upload to the BIM 360 Field web application, but you can enter a value manually.

3. Tap the Checklists tab.
4. Create associated checklists or issues for this task.
5. (Optional) Add attachments from the Checklists, Issues, and Attachments tabs.
6. (Optional) Add comments from the Activity tab.
7. Tap Tasks to navigate back to the Tasks view, or tap the Home menu to navigate to other areas of the project.
8. Tap Sync Settings to load the changes to the BIM 360 Field web application.

With a Template

1. Tap Home > Tasks > Template.
2. Scroll to select the desired task template.
3. Open and edit the task.
