Create issues from checklist items and add a signature property to a checklist.

Automatically Create Issues from Checklist Items

When you create a checklist, the checkbox AutoCreate Issues For Non-conformances is enabled by default. When this setting is enabled, BIM 360 Field automatically creates an issue for a negative response (fail, no, false, and so on) on a checklist.

  1. Click Profile menu > Project Admin.
  2. Click Checklists and then one of the checklist tabs (QA/QC, Safety, or Commissioning).
  3. Select a checklist and click Edit.
  4. Select Auto-Create Issues For Non-conformances and click Save Changes.

Add a Signature Property to a Checklist

  1. Click Profile menu > Project Admin.
  2. Click Checklists > Custom Properties tab.
  3. Choose all templates or a single template and click (+) Add.
  4. In the Add Custom Property dialog, choose Signature from the Type drop-down menu.
  5. Fill in the values as necessary. The Label property is required.
  6. Click Add Property.
