Submit RFIs to Reviewers

Only the manager role can submit an RFI to reviewers. Once an RFI has been reviewed for compliance the Manager must select a reviewer to provide an answer to the RFI. Managers with Full Control Permissions for the budget can create or attach PCOs to the RFI. Once that reference is made there is a bidirectional link to access the RFI from Cost Management.

Create or Reference a PCO in an RFI

  1. Click the RFI in Project Management RFIs.
  2. Click Add Reference in the Linked References section.
  3. Select a PCO from the list or select Create New.
  4. Click Add to map an existing PCO, click Create to create a new PCO.

If you generate a new PCO the PCO Has the same title as the RFI. By default the PCO is set to out of scope. In the flyout of the PCO there is a linked reference section that contains a link back to the RFI.
