Create Spec Sections

Managers create spec sections. To create a spec section:

  1. Click the Module Selector .

  2. Switch to the Submittals tab in the Project Management toolbar.

  3. At the top of the screen, click Spec section.

  4. Select Create spec section.

  5. Enter your information:

    • Spec #: Select an existing section or create a new one.
    • Spec Title: Enter a descriptive title to identify the item.
  6. When done, click Create.

A spec section can also be created while creating a package.
