Description on how to manage your Green Building Studio account.
The following information will help you to manage your account:
A trial account is valid for 30 days. During the 30-day trial you can either purchase Green Building Studio as a stand-alone product, or you can be invited to a subscription by your organization’s subscription administrator. To purchase the stand-alone product online, sign into your account and click Upgrade your account. Your account will be updated and your access will be valid for the term of the purchased account. While under trial user status, you cannot view multi-user projects. You are also limited to creating a maximum of two projects while accessing the service as a trial user. You cannot delete projects in order to create another one during the trial period.
The designated administrator can add or remove validated users to the multi-user account at any time in the Autodesk Subscription Center Contract Administrator link. The contract manager can add a software coordinator to manage the web service account.
For accounts purchased via the web: To add a user to the account, sign in and go to the My Account tab. Click the Users tab and send invitations to users by entering their email address.
For Subscription Accounts: Edit users at the Autodesk Subscription Center.
The designated administrator(s) can assign permissions to users.
For accounts purchased via the web: Permissions can be assigned when sending invitations or later with the Edit option in the Current Licensed Users table on the same page. This option can also be used assign administrators level permissions.
For Subscription Accounts: Assign and edit user permissions at the Autodesk Subscription Center. Project level permissions and access are managed within the Web Service.
Invited users must then follow the instructions provided in the “invitation” email.
