Fee Analysis Snapshot

Fee Analysis values can be captured and compared across budget snapshots, so you can see how project fees evolved over time and compare different points in the project lifecycle.

Note: Fee Analysis values are only captured in budget snapshots saved after Fee Analysis was configured for the project (fee categories defined in Budget Settings). Older snapshots show N/A for every fee category — save a new snapshot once Fee Analysis is configured to start collecting comparable values.

View Fee Analysis in a Single Snapshot

To open Fee Analysis for a single snapshot:

  1. Open the Budget tool and click Snapshots in the overview toolbar.

  2. In the Snapshots flyout, click a saved snapshot to enter snapshot mode.

  3. Click Analysis to open the Fee Analysis table for that snapshot.

Compare Snapshots

To compare Fee Analysis across snapshots:

  1. Open the Budget tool and click Snapshots in the overview toolbar.

  2. In the Snapshots flyout, click Compare.

  3. Select up to three snapshot versions to compare.

  4. Click Analysis to open the Fee Analysis comparison.

In compare mode, the Budget & Cost Trend chart is hidden, and the Fee Analysis table expands to show values from each selected snapshot side by side. The table supports:

Permissions
