Fill Out and Submit Forms

There are two types of forms that you may fill out in the Forms tool:

Forms built using the Template Builder: Sections of the form contain questions that may ask you select from options or enter a response.
PDF Forms: A PDF with fillable fields

You can also leave comments on a form to flag information for your team. Learn more in Form Comments.
Changes made to a form are tracked in the activity log.
