An Offset Points is a reference line representing elevation constraints with the start of the line is the higher end, and the end of the line is the lower end.
Right-click the Offset Points tool in the Grading Object Tool palette and select Properties to access the Offset Points Tool Properties dialog. Use this dialog to define the default constraints the offset points tool.
