Project Management

Correspondence | Advanced Permissions Phase 2 – Administrators can now assign project members two different correspondence permission levels. Full visibility lets users view all public correspondence on the project. Manage lets users archive, edit correspondence settings such as types, and define permissions in the project.

RFIs | New Status Tracking Filters – Two new fields make it easier to see and understand the status of an RFI within the list view. The Updated on field lets you see and filter by when the last action on an RFI was taken. The Closed on field lets you see and filter by when an RFI was closed. 
RFIs | Mobile Enhancements – Android and iOS users can now search by external ID and filter by location on mobile.
Submittals | Pending Action From – A ‘Pending action from” column has been added to the Submittals list. Unlike the “ball in court” column, this new column displays only those who have open tasks to complete at the current review step.
Schedule | Import Tasks from Excel – Workplan users can now import a task list from Excel into a Plan.
Workplan | Add References on Mobile – Workplan users on iOS and Android can now add references while on mobile.

Issues | Watchers on Project Templates – Project administrators can now add "Watchers" to issue templates in the project template settings to automatically notify issue stakeholders of any updates and changes.

Issues | Hide Closed Issues by Default on Mobile – Closed issues are now hidden by default on mobile devices, helping teams see their most relevant issues first.
Issues | "Created By" Filter on iOS – On iOS, members can now filter issues by "Created By".
Issues | Web UX Improvements – Project teams can reorder dropdown options by dragging and dropping them. Custom fields now have a tooltip with a brief description next to the title.
Forms | Attachments – Ability to add permission-restricted context like photos and PDFs to forms. With Attachments, only project members with permissions to view or edit the form can upload local attachments to questions or whole forms and attached Photos do not automatically appear in the Photos module.

Assets | Model Review Page Revamp – The Review screen on the model mapping page has been reworked to give a better visual indicator of what will happen to assets on a model update. 
Assets | Additional Model Mapping Operators – Alongside "Is" and "Contains", several new model mapping operators are being released to allow members to customize their model mapping rules.
Assets | Filter Assets by Active Forms – Members can now filter Assets on Sheets, model files and the asset list by Active Forms.
