Enhanced Expense and Expense Subitem Viewing – Added enhanced visibility into expenses and subitems through a new bottom flyout in the budget overview. Also, a new permission level for expenses has been introduced.
The View All expense permission level has been updated to allow you to choose whether a member has access to view all expense items and subitems. For more details, visit the Cost Management Permissions article.
In the expense overview, subitems are hidden from members who lack the appropriate permission level.
To open the bottom expense flyout in the Budget table, select a value in the Actual Cost column. For more details, see the Check Actual Cost in the Budget Summary article.
Tabs are only visible to members with the necessary permissions; otherwise, they are hidden.
If a visible tab has no data, the table is empty.
