Verify Price List Information

The steps below describe how to verify that price list information has been created correctly, and is providing accurate price information on parts in an Autodesk Fabrication product.

To verify price list information:

1. In the Item Folders view, right-click the item and select Cost Breakdown.
2. In the Cost Breakdown dialog, expand the Material Costs tree to verify the values of Price List Cost.

The price list cost can also be checked by taking off all product sizes. To do this:

1. Select the items, then press CTRL + SHIFT + right-click Takeoff All Product Sizes.
2. Click the Items tab, right-click in the title bar and select Customize.
3. In the Job Contents dialog, add the information from the left pane window (such as Item Price List Cost, Database Id Code) to the right pane window, using the arrows, and click OK.
4. Check the values in the Cost column to make sure these values are the same as the source data.
