Move Object Text in Paper Space Viewport

To move item labels independently in any Paper Space viewport:

1. Select a Paper Space viewport containing the object text you wish to move.
2. Use any of the following commands:
   • From the toolbar:
   • At the command line, type MOVETEXT, RESETTEXT, REMOVETEXT
   • From the Shift + Right-click menu: Move Object Text, Rotate Object Text
3. Click the Move Text VP button .
4. Select the item label.
5. Alternatively, you can select the item label grip, and move the grip while holding the ALT key.
   • RESETTEXT: Removes an Items label invisibility flags, i.e. turns back on the visibility of ALL selected Item labels (for all Paper Space viewports).
   • REMOVETEXT: Removes the selected label.

None of the above processes affect the AutoCAD Layer states.
