Creates the *INPU card.

Syntax

"additiveFEADeckBuilder_var" is a variable referencing an AdditiveFEADeckBuilder object.
returnValue = additiveFEADeckBuilder_var.createWarpInputCard(type)
"additiveFEADeckBuilder_var" is a variable referencing an AdditiveFEADeckBuilder object.
