Provides access to all of the settings available when creating a Curvature Map analysis. This object is the API equivalent of the command dialog that contains the inputs to create a Curvature Map analysis. Use this object to define the settings you need and then pass this into the add method to create the analysis.
| Name | Description |
| classType |
Static function that all classes support that returns the type of the class as a string. The returned string matches the string returned by the objectType property. For example if you have a reference to an object and you want to check if it's a SketchLine you can use myObject.objectType == fusion.SketchLine.classType(). |
| Name | Description |
| displayType | Gets and sets how the color transitions are displayed. This is the "Display" setting in the command dialog and only applies when the mapType is GaussianCurvatureMapType. This property defaults to SmoothCurvatureMapDisplayStyle when the input is created. |
| inputEntities | Gets and sets the entities to analyze. Valid entities are solid and surface BRepBody objects, T-Spline surface bodies, and mesh bodies. |
| isHighQuality | Gets and sets whether the analysis is displayed using high quality rendering. This is the "High Quality" setting in the command dialog. Increasing display quality may impact performance. This property defaults to false when the input is created. |
| isValid | Indicates if this object is still valid, i.e. hasn't been deleted or some other action done to invalidate the reference. |
| mapType | Gets and sets the type of curvature that is calculated and displayed. This is the "Type" setting in the command dialog and defaults to GaussianCurvatureMapType when the input is created. |
| objectType | This property is supported by all objects in the API and returns a string that contains the full name (namespace::objecttype) describing the type of the object. It's often useful to use this in combination with the classType method to see if an object is a certain type. For example: if obj.objectType == adsk.core.Point3D.classType(): |
| opacity | Gets and sets the opacity of the analysis display as a percentage. This is the "Opacity" setting in the command dialog. Valid values are from 0 to 100. This property defaults to 100 when the input is created. |
| threshold | Gets and sets the value used to control the analysis display. The meaning depends on the mapType: for GaussianCurvatureMapType this is the "Scale" value; for PrincipalMinimumCurvatureMapType this is the "Minimum Limit" in centimeters; and for PrincipalMaximumCurvatureMapType this is the "Maximum Limit" in centimeters. When the input is created with the default GaussianCurvatureMapType, this defaults to 1. |
