Parallel milling strategy

The Parallel toolpath can be used for semi finishing and finishing. It creates cuts with equally spaced rows. Also known as a "lace" cut.

The passes are parallel in the XY plane and follow the surface in the Z-direction. It is best suited for shallow areas. Use the Pass Direction parameter to control the angle of the cut and the Stepover parameter to control the cut distance between parallel rows.

Controls exist for containing the toolpath to a specific area, You can use Machining Boundaries to contain the machining area in X & Y and the Heights parameters to contain the machining areas in Z, but as a default, it will assume you want to machine the entire model.
