3D milling strategies
Learn about the various 3D machining strategies.
The roughing strategies, for example 3D Adaptive Roughing and 3D Offset Roughing (previously known as Pocket Clearing), are stock aware. It means that to optimize the machining process, they consider the shape, size, and location of the stock. Finishing strategies are not stock-aware.

post processor to send instructions to a machine tool. Post processors to support new capabilities are constantly under development and will be made available for download from the
