Add, rename, duplicate, and delete Configurations
Learn how to add, rename, duplicate, and delete Configurations in the Configuration Table in Fusion.
Add Configurations to the Configuration Table
- On the Design workspace toolbar, click Configure > Display Configuration Table
.
- In the Configuration Table, enter the number of Configurations you want to add.
- Click Add Configurations
.
The new Configurations are duplicated from the active Configuration and are added to the Configuration Table.
Rename a Configuration
- In the Configuration Table, slow double-click the name of a Configuration.
- Enter a new name.
- Press
Enter
.
The Configuration name updates in the top table and anywhere else the name appears.
Note: You can also right-click a Configuration name and select Rename.
Duplicate Configurations
- In the Configuration Table, select one or more configuration rows.
- Right-click the name of a selected configuration.
- Select Duplicate.
The duplicated Configurations are added to the bottom of the list.
Note: If your hub has collaborative editing enabled, then the duplicated configurations maintain the same part number as the configuration you copied and they now have
shared part numbers.. Check to see if collaborative editing is turned on for your hub.
Delete a Configuration
- In the Configuration Table, right-click the name of a Configuration.
- Select Delete.
The Configuration is deleted from the Configuration Table.
