Export to DXF

Learn how to use the Export Sheet as DXF command in the Drawing workspace in Fusion to export the current sheet in a drawing as a DXF file.

  1. On the toolbar, select Export > Export Sheet as DXF output dxf icon.

    The Output Sheet as DXF dialog displays.

  2. In the Output Sheet as DXF dialog, navigate to the location to save the DXF file.

  3. In the File Name box, enter a file name.

  4. Click Save.

The DXF file is saved to the location you specified in the 2013 file format.

Note: You can also use the File > Print command on the Application Bar to print sheets in a drawing directly to a printer.
