Table reference (Drawing workspace)
In the Table dialog, you can create a new custom table, parts list, or bend table on a sheet in the Drawing workspace in Fusion.
Templates
If you plan to reuse title blocks, borders, document settings, or sheet settings across multiple drawings, create a drawing template to save time and apply consistent standards. You can also create placeholder views and placeholder tables that automatically generate drawing views and part lists from the referenced design when you use the template to create a new drawing.
Access the Table dialog
On the toolbar, select:
- Tables > Table

- Tables > Custom Table

- Tables > Parts List

- Tables > Bend Table

- Tables > Hole Table

- Tables > Configuration Table

- Tables > Revision History

Type
Select the type of table to create on the current sheet.
- Automatic: Automatically creates a parts list or bend table, based on the contents of the current sheet.
- Custom Table: Creates a custom table.
- Parts List: Creates a parts list based on an assembly, storyboard, component, or sheet metal component reference.
- Bend Table: Creates a bend table based on a sheet metal flat pattern reference.
- Hole Table: creates a table that automatically populates cells with information about each hole in a view.
- Configuration Table: Inserts a configuration table with information from the configured design.
- Revision History: Creates a history revision table for the active sheet.
Select (Parts List and Bend Table types only)
Select a view on the current sheet.
Reference (Parts List type only)
Select a reference for the parts list.
Structure (Parts List type only)
Select the structure of the parts list.
- First Level: Includes first level components only.
- All Levels: Includes all components in the assembly.
Title (Parts List, Bend Table, Hole Table, Configuration Table types)
Displays and lets you edit the title text that displays above the table.
Auto Balloon (Parts List type only)
Automatically places balloons on the sheet.
Origin (Hole Table type only)
Specifies the origin used to measure hole X and Y coordinates. You can select an existing ordinate dimensions origin or place a new origin on the selected view.
Arrange (Hole Table type only)
Lets you choose how holes are located and labeled in the hole table.
- by Position: Holes are located and labeled by physical location from the origin.
- by Size: Holes are located and labeled by size, from smallest to largest.
Style (Hole Table type only)
Lets you select the origin marker style for the hole table or ordinate dimensions:
- Datum Target: Identifies the X0, Y0 location.
- ISO Origin: Identifies the X0, Y0 location for ISO tables.
- ASME Origin: Identifies the X0, Y0 location for ASME tables.
- Alternate Origin: Identifies the X0, Y0 location.
