Add Xref labels

Apply one of these labels to each end of a signal that goes from one sheet to another in the schematic design.

1. On one of the affected sheets, click Connect > Label , then in the LABEL dialog, click Xref On.
2. Click the net you want to label. The label will show the name of the signal, if one exists. If necessary, right-click to rotate the label.
3. If you want to change the label text, click Connect > Name , then click the origin point of the label, and click the label text.
4. On the other sheet where the connecting signal is located, repeat the steps above to place an identical label with Xref On on the connecting net. The label text string must be identical to the first label. When the second label is saved, text is automatically added to each label, showing the location of the other end of the signal.
