Enable physical properties

Note: This content doesn't apply if you're using Fusion for education.

As a hub admin, you can enable physical properties for the bill of materials so that members can:

Track the total mass and other quantities in assemblies.
Verify that components meet weight constraints.
Locate a center of gravity.
Make informed decisions about material selection and design optimization.

Enable physical properties

In the Fusion web client, click your profile in the upper right of the page.
Click Admin to go to the Hub Settings tab.
Scroll down to Physical Properties.
Select Enable physical properties in BOM.
