Create an axis through two points

Learn how to use the Axis Through Two Points command to create a construction axis that passes through two points or vertices that you select in Fusion.

1. On the toolbar, select Construct > Axis Through Two Points .

   The Axis Through Two Points dialog displays.

2. In the canvas, select the first point or vertex.

3. Select the second point or vertex.

4. Click OK.

The new construction axis displays in the canvas, passing through the two points or vertices you selected.

Tips

• You can only create one construction axis at a time.
• Create construction axes when you want to reference an axis or edge that does not exist and is not one of the 3 default axes.
