Delete objects

Learn how to use the Delete command to permanently delete selected objects, and everything related to them, from a design in Fusion.

Note: The Delete command does not create a feature in the Timeline. Deleted objects cannot be restored parametrically. If you want to preserve parametric history, use the Remove command instead.

From the toolbar

1. On the toolbar, select Modify > Delete .

   The Delete dialog displays.

2. In the Browser, the Timeline, or the canvas, select the objects you want to delete.

3. Click OK.

The objects are permanently deleted from the design.

From the context menu

1. In the Browser, the Timeline, or the canvas, select the objects you want to delete.
2. Right-click to display the context menu.
3. Select Delete .

The objects are permanently deleted from the design.
