Learn to use the Revolve tool in Fusion to create a T-Spline body by revolving sketch or model geometry around an axis.
Design > Form > Create > Revolve
Enables the selection of sketch profiles.
Specifies whether to include tangentially connected edges or select individual edges for open profiles.
Select a linear or circular object to define the axis to revolve the profile around.
Check to weld all coincident vertices. In this example, the four vertices at the top are welded into a single vertex.
Left: Check Weld | Right: Uncheck Weld |
Specifies how the faces are positioned on the revolution.
Specifies the number of faces along the side of the revolution.
Select an extent Type to determine the end point of the revolve.
Available when Type is set to Angle. Specifies the angle of revolution around the axis.
Available when Type is set to Angle .
Specifies the number of faces around the revolution.
Available when Symmetry is set to Circular . Specifies the number of symmetric faces around the axis of the revolve.
