In the Form contextual environment, the Sweep command creates a smooth T-Spline body from a profile swept along a path in Fusion.

Profile

Enables the selection of sketch profiles.

Profile Chain Selection

Specifies whether to include tangentially connected edges or select individual edges for open profiles.

Spacing

Specifies how the faces are positioned around the sweep profile.

Faces

Specifies the number of faces around the sweep profile.

Path

Enables the selection of the sweep path.

Spacing

Specifies how the faces are positioned along the sweep path.

Faces

Specifies the number of faces along the sweep path.

Orientation

• Perpendicular Keeps the region perpendicular to the path.
• Parallel Keeps the region parallel to the region sketch.

Distance

Specify a the distance the sweep travels along the selected path. The value is a decimal percentage of the path length.

New Component

Specifies the effect the operation has on the design.

• New Body The operation creates a new body.
• New Component The operation creates a child component in the active component.
