Slide edges of a T-Spline body

Learn how to use the Slide Edge command to move two edges closer together or farther apart in Fusion.

Slide Edge moves the selected edge while keeping it on the control polygon. Use Box or Control Frame display mode to best see the results.

1. In the Design workspace, Form contextual environment, select Modify > Slide Edge .
2. Click an edge on the T-Spline body to select it, or double-click it to select the full loop of edges. Slide Edge typically works best on a full loop of edges.
3. Use the manipulator to slide the edge to its new position (or enter any value between 1 and -1). For example, 0.5 or -0.5 places the edge half way between the original position and the edges on either side.
