View safety factor results details

The Results Details dialog is only available in Static Stress studies.

To understand the safety factor result

  1. Next to the Load Case selector in the legend, click

    red exclamation icon, yellow exclamation icon, green check icon, or blue double check icon

  2. The lowest resultant Safety Factor is displayed at the top of the dialog along with a recommendation of next steps.

To modify the safety factor targets

  1. In the Results details dialog, expand Safety Factor Targets.
  2. Uncheck Default values to activate the Upper Target and Lower Target boxes.
  3. Enter an upper and lower target, as appropriate.
  4. Click Close to accept the changes and close the dialog.
Note: If the targets are modified, the intermediate warning state is disabled, and only the red, green, and blue icons are available.
