View electronics cooling results

  1. On the Results tab, click Display > Results guided results icon.

  2. In the Results browser, expand

    1. Results to see results that show:

      • how close components are to the maximum temperature thresholds
      • the temperature of all the components on the board and how their temperature might affect the temperature of nearby components
      • how air flow affects the component temperature
      • how the air flow is distributed through the enclosure
      • the effect of heat sinks on the component temperatures.

    2. Combined Results to see an overlay of component temperatures with:

      • Air velocity

      • Air temperature

        standard results tabs
