Mesh promotion after shape optimization

When the Shape Optimization study is complete, you will see the newly generated reference shape. If you are comfortable with the resulting geometry, you can promote the shape back to the Design workspace.

The promoted mesh body is saved and displayed in the Design workspace, where you can use it as a reference shape overlaid on the original design. Use the mesh body as a template to guide where you can remove material.
