Solver Data

1. Ensure you have run a simulation in one of the following study types, and have results:

   • Event simulation
   • Nonlinear static stress
   • Shape optimization
   • Thermal
   • Thermal stress

2. In the Results tab, select Inspect > Solver Data to open the Solver Data dialog.

There are two options to access from the drop-down menu in the Solver Data dialog:

• Solver Data (Default)
• Solver Output

To switch to the solver output

At the top of the Solver Data dialog, click the menu bar and choose Solver Data from the list of options.

The bottom of the page has the time statistics for the solver. Warning and fatal error totals are also listed there.

To save the data to a text file

At the bottom of the Solver Data dialog, click Save, give a name and file location, then click Save.
