Add fillets to sketch geometry

Learn how to use the Fillet command to round the corners of sketch geometry in an active sketch in Fusion.

Note: Before you can modify sketch geometry, you must use the Create Sketch command create sketch icon to create a new sketch or right-click an existing sketch and select Edit Sketch to enter the Sketch contextual environment.
  1. On the Sketch contextual tab, select Modify > Fillet fillet icon.

  2. Pause the cursor over the first object, then click to select it.

  3. Pause the cursor over the second object.

  4. Click to select the second object.

  5. Drag the radius manipulator handle in the canvas or specify a radius value.

  6. To end the command, press Enter.

The fillet geometry and radius dimension display in the canvas.

Note: Valid selections highlight when you pause the cursor over them. The initial fillet preview displays a radius value that is proportional to the smaller of the selected objects.
