Map Fields for Water Distribution Manholes

When importing your asset GIS layers, you are required to map the fields in your source to the fields in Info360 Asset (target fields). This table explains each of the target fields.

Target fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

assetId * string Unique ID for the asset.
accessibility string Details of manhole location accessibility.
altAssetId string Alternative ID for the asset. For example, this may be an ID used in other asset management systems, such as CMMS.
barcode string A barcode which is used to identify the object.
chamberConstruction string E.g., Brick, Concrete, etc.
chamberDim number Dimension of manhole chamber.
chamberDim2 number Dimension of manhole chamber.
chamberFloorDepth number Distance between chamber floor and manhole cover level.
conditionGrade number A measure of asset condition for ancillary assets. By analogy with pipe condition grades, this is usually a number in the range 1-5. Unlike pipe condition grade, there is no distinction between structural and service condition for ancillary assets.
confinedSpaces string Code or description indicating severity of risks associated with carrying out work at the asset due to confined spaces.
coverDim number Dimension of manhole cover.
coverDim2 number Dimension of manhole cover.
coverDuty string E.g., Light, Medium, Heavy.
coverHinged boolean Indicates whether the manhole cover is hinged or not.
coverLevel number Height above datum of manhole cover.
coverLocked boolean Indicates whether the manhole cover is locked or not.
coverShape string Shape of the cover. E.g., Square, Circular, etc.
criticality string A measure of the likely impact of asset failure.
currentValue currency Current value of the asset. This gives an indication of depreciation costs as depreciation cost = installation cost - current value.
dateCleaned datetime The date the asset last underwent maintenance to improve performance (swabbing, scouring). Make sure to select the correct date-time format when mapping.
dateInstalled datetime The date when the asset was installed. Make sure to select the correct date-time format when mapping.
dateRenewed datetime The date the asset was last restored to its initial condition (replaced, relined). Make sure to select the correct date-time format when mapping.
elevation number Elevation above datum level (usually sea level).
inspectionCost currency Estimated cost of asset inspection.
installCost currency The original installation cost of the asset. This generally includes all costs incurred (e.g., mantime, asset purchase costs, etc.).
keysRequired boolean Indicates whether keys are required to access site or not.
lifetime number The expected lifetime of the asset.
location string Address or description of site at which asset is located.
notes string Freeform notes about the manhole.
numLadders number Number of ladders installed in manhole.
numLandings number Number of landings installed in manhole.
numSteps number Number of steps installed in manhole.
operationalStatus string Operational status. E.g., Abandoned, In use, etc.
owner string The proprietor of the asset.
parkingDistance number Vehicle parking distance from manhole location.
rehabCost currency Rehabilitation costs to be incurred in bringing the asset to an acceptable condition.
replaceCost currency The estimated cost for completely replacing the asset.
restrictions string Access restrictions. E.g., Private, Public, etc.
security string The security of the asset from unauthorised access/tampering. E.g., Vulnerable, Secure, etc.
shaftDepth number Depth of manhole shaft.
shaftDim number Dimension of manhole shaft.
shaftDim2 number Dimension of manhole shaft.
sideEntry boolean Indicates whether the manhole is a side entry manhole or not.
soilType string A description of the material surrounding the asset that could influence condition grading and rehabilitation methods. E.g., Peat, Chalk, Clay, etc.
specialInstructions string Notes containing any additional instructions that a person carrying out work on the asset or task should be aware of.
surfaceType string A description of the ground use in close proximity to the asset that may influence access/costs for monitoring, maintenance or construction purposes. E.g., Road, Pavement, Field, etc.
type string The type of ancillary structure. E.g., Meter Box, Hydrant Box, Valve Box, Chamber
x number X coordinate of the object.
y number Y coordinate of the object.
