Create a Workspace from a Template

Quickly configure a workspace by using an existing template and selecting your own sensors.

To create a workspace from a template:

1. Go to Workspaces and click Create Workspace.
2. Select a template from the library. You can use the Types filter to narrow down the options.
3. Fill out the fields, then click Create. See Create a Workspace for more information on filling out the fields.
4. For each of the charts included in the template, select the sensors you want to use.
5. At any point you can choose to Preview Workspace. From the preview, you can also choose See Source to go to the workspace the template is based on.
6. You can also delete any of the charts you don't want to use or add more workspace components.
7. Click Save and choose between:
   • Save progress: Your configurations (sensor selections) will be saved, but the workspace charts will not appear yet.
   • Apply: Configured workspace charts will appear in the workspace.

   You can always change the chart configurations using the three dot menu Configure.
