This page provides information on how to install your InfoWater® Pro software application. Installation and licensing may be done either through the Innovyze or Autodesk system, depending on the license type you have purchased. If you are not sure which method applies to you, contact support@innovyze.com.
You should have the following ready before proceeding to install InfoWater Pro:
For the Innovyze system using Thales Software License
- Entitlement ID (EID) for local license or network server details where the license is located
- A link to download the installer
For the Autodesk system using your Autodesk account
- Autodesk account with associated license for the product
- A link to download the installer
For most users, regardless of the license type, all you need is the latest installer, which packages all the prerequisites into a single file. Go to Innovyze Installers or Autodesk Installers for more information.
Before proceeding with the installation, check the System Requirements to see if your computer meets the specifications.
