Uploading Model Results from InfoWater Pro into Info360 Insight

You can upload your model results from InfoWater Pro into Info360 Insight by using a new feature called Uploading Model Results from your Live Data Adapter (LDA) in InfoWater Pro software application. 

To upload your model results from InfoWater Pro into Info360 Insight:

  1. Click on the LDA button from the InfoWater Pro ribbon to open up your Live Data Adapter dialog box.
  2. Click on the New Result Feed button in your Live Data Adapter dialog box to create a mapping between the network element and the Info360 sensor. Configure your mapping in the provided fields in aforementioned Result Feed dialog box:
    1. Object Type - Choose your network element type (or Object Type) from the pre-populated drop-down menu list of options. 
    2. Element ID - Choose your network element name (or, Element ID) from the pre-populated drop-down menu list of options.
    3. Result Field - Choose your Result Field from the pre-populated drop-down menu list of options.
    4. Sensor Type - Choose your Sensor Type from the pre-populated drop-down menu list of options.
    5. Sensor Name - Choose your Sensor Name from the pre-populated drop-down menu list of options.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Set an active SCADA event (click on the blue hyperlink within this help documentation step for more information on how to schedule your SCADA event) to specify the start date of the model results.
  5. Click on the Upload Model Results button from the Live Data Adapter dialog box to push your model results into Info360 Insight.
  6. After a few minutes, your ingested data should appear in Info360 Insight. You should expect to view this Successful pop-up dialog message from InfoWater Pro's LDA once you have ingested your data:
  7. Go to your Info360 Insight cloud-based software application (www.info360.com) to view your results.
  8. Go to the Workspaces tab. Select your workspace entry from the Workspaces table to view your model results in Info360 Insight. Select a chart from the Add Component drop-down menu to view your model results in a chart format.

Success! You have uploaded your InfoWater Pro model results into Info360 Insight.
