Work with shared mockup views

Use the application browser to display and manage mockup views.

Display shared mockup views

When a mockup includes new views saved by your collaborators, the Views folder is highlighted, and number of unseen views is displayed.

1. In the browser, expand the Views folder to display a list of shared mockup views.

   Unseen views are highlighted.

2. To display a mockup view, click the view name.
3. To see specific elements included in a view, in the browser, expand the view node. Then click the light bulb in front of Section, Markup, or Invisible Set to display the corresponding view element in the graphic window.
4. To exit the shared view, click the Master view.
   Note: The Master view includes the default view of the mockup, and cannot be renamed or deleted.

Edit a shared view

1. In the browser, right-click a view, and click Edit.
   Note: Only the view owner has permission to edit a shared view.
2. Change view attributes:
   • Click Section, and create a section or edit the section properties.
   • Click Markup, and add or edit markup.
   • Use the browser to change visibility of the components.
3. Click OK to save the changes to the shared view.

Rename a shared view

In the browser, right-click a view, and click Rename. Enter a new name in the edit field, and click OK.

Note: Only the view owner has permission to rename a shared view.

Delete a shared view

In the browser, right-click a view, and click Delete.

Note: Only the mockup owner and the view owner have permissions to delete a shared view.
