Use the following guidelines when Mockup 360 installation or sign-in fails.
Unable to install Mockup 360
- Make sure your computer uses a supported operating system: Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 64-bit.
- Make sure that Microsoft .NET framework and .NET reliance components are installed and enabled.
- Make sure Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) is installed.
- If you use network with proxy setting, only Windows Integrated proxy authentication is supported. Please contact your network administrator.
- Depending on your anti-virus/firewall settings, the installation of Mockup 360 client may be blocked by default. When prompted by your antivirus or firewall software, be sure to accept the installation.
- Uninstall Mockup 360 and clear the cache folder under the path 'C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0'. Remove any folders whose names contain 'mock' and those which were edited around the timestamp of the failure. This will likely require deleting an 'auto...api.' folder and the 'manifest' folder which are in the same location as the 'mock...' folders. Then try to reinstall Mockup 360.
Unable to sign in to Mockup 360
- Sign in to your Autodesk 360 account on http://360.autodesk.com/ to confirm that your A360 sign in works.
- If you use network with proxy setting, only Windows Integrated proxy authentication is supported. Please contact your network administrator.
- Delete all cache files and Mockup360 folder in '%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services' and sign in again.
