Manage delegations

Use Delegation Manager to edit, clone, delete, or disable delegations you have created for other users.

Note: After you edit, clone, enable, disable, or delete a delegation, you must click Save to apply your changes. If you close the Delegation Manager without saving, all unsaved changes are lost.

Edit a delegation

  1. In the delegations table, hover over the field you want to edit.
  2. Click the Edit edit icon icon.
  3. Update the value or select a new value from the drop-down list.
  4. Repeat these steps for any additional fields you want to change.
  5. Click Save.

Clone a delegation

  1. In the delegations table, select the delegation you want to clone.
  2. Click the More more icon, then select Clone.
  3. Update the cloned delegation as needed.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a delegation

  1. In the delegations table, select the delegation you want to delete.
  2. Click the More more icon, then select Delete.
  3. Click Save.

Disable a delegation

  1. In the delegations table, select the delegation you want to disable.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click the More more icon, then select Disable.
    • Click the delegation’s Enable Delegation toggle until it turns gray.
  3. Click Save.
