Set Up a Basic Print View

Set up basic print views for a workspace through the Setup Print Views page.

To open the Setup Print Views page:

  1. On the Administrator menu, click Workspace Manager.
  2. In the Workspace Manager, expand the workspace's panel.
  3. Click Print Views.

To set up a basic print view:

  1. On the Setup Print Views page, click Add. Setup print views dialog

  2. Enter a Print View Name.

  3. To select the tabs you want to include in the print view, double-click tab names in the list box on the left OR select the names and click the right arrow button. You can select multiple tab names by pressing and holding the CTRL key.

  4. To set up another print view, click Add and repeat steps 2 and 3. Tip: If you add more than one print view, you can drag and drop the view containers to set the order of the views on the workspace Print icon drop-down menu.

  5. To save the print views and close the page, click Save.
