Print views are custom layouts that define which workspace tabs and data appear when you print items from your Fusion Manage workspaces. You can create multiple print views for each workspace, allowing users to print different combinations of item information based on their needs.
There are two types of print views you can set up:
Basic: Simple views that include selected workspace tabs. Use basic print views when you need a straightforward layout with standard tab content.
Advanced: Custom layouts with full formatting control. Use advanced print views when you need to combine specific tab sections, add custom text, apply formatting, or create complex multi-column layouts.
