The Scaleform Studio Editor can remotely control a Player to play your scenes or project. This allows you to test and visually see the scenes as you develop them in your project.
When the remote control feature is enabled, the Player and the Editor programs will communicate via a network connection. The editor can send commands to the player and the player can send information such as log messages which are displayed in the Logs panel.
The remote control feature is enabled by default. Disable/enable this feature with the Player > Player Options > Use Remote Control option and use Player > Player Options > Remote Control Port to configure the port the editor listens for the connections. If multiple instances of the editor are run at the same time, they will use unique ports beginning at the configuration (2015) and up. The editor will print the actual port being used to the Logs panel.
